Résumer avec l'IA

In 2025, Matfer Bourgeat completed a comprehensive projectto outfit a school cafeteria in Dijon. The Jean-Philippe Rameau Middle School now features a fully renovated cafeteria. This project was carried out in collaboration with the installer DEHM (part of the GASEL consortium) and the Côte-d’Or Department.

A Complete Set of Equipment for School Cafeterias

The cafeteria line consists of four complementary components. Each module was selected to meet the requirements of school meal programs.

First, **2 refrigerated display cases**Panorama Bourgeat are used to display appetizers and desserts. Next, 1 bain-marie keeps the daily specials and sauces at the required temperature. Finally, 1 neutral cabinet with a built-in cutout houses the bread bin at the end of the line.

This last provision is particularly clever. It allows staff to monitor how much bread students take. As a result, food waste is reduced in a concrete and measurable way.

A launch carried out with the entire middle school team

The launch took place in the presence of Head Chef Reynald and his staff. This marks a key moment for the entire team. Furthermore, it demonstrates how quickly the staff has adapted to the new equipment.

Two points stand out clearly from this project:

  • ✔️ The equipment is modern, high-performance, and reliable. It is designed to last under heavy use.

  • ✔️ DEHM’s installation is meticulous and up to code. It meets the expectations of the Côte-d’Or Department.
