Article 28 of the EGalim law stipulates the elimination of plastic food containers for cooking, reheating and service by January 1, 2025 at the latest in school and university catering services, as well as in establishments for children under the age of six.

DESIGNED TO PREVENT TMS
No effort required to open and close the container.
Thanks to the patent-pending partial vacuum system, the tray is closed in seconds and completely sealed. Sealing can be done manually or automatically.
The easy-grip valve allows the lid to be opened effortlessly, without any risk of splattering with hot liquids.
GUARANTEES FOOD SAFETY
Thanks to the silicone valve, food safety is perfectly assured. When the valve is opened, the “pschitt” sound is proof that the whole unit is tamperproof.
EASY TO STACK/UNSTACK
The shape of the tray ensures compact stacking (30% space saving compared to a standard tray) and unstacking (manual or automatic) without jamming.
PERFECTLY TRACEABLE
Each lid and each bin incorporates a unique identification code (patented) engraved directly into the stainless steel (DATAMATRIX). This unique code enables bins and lids to be registered in a database for optimized management.
PERFECTLY IDENTIFIABLE
The use of different-colored valves enables operators to identify contents quickly and easily.
Regulatory identification (use-by date, approval number….) can be applied directly to the lid using the inkjet printing integrated into the packaging lines.
A RANGE TO MEET EVERY NEED
Available in GN1/2, GN1/3, GN1/4 and GN1/6 formats, with adjustable depth up to 100 mm and 0.7 mm thickness (best compromise between weight, durability and mechanical resistance to partial vacuum packing).
