In September 2025, the renowned Maison Vincent Guerlais opened its doors with a clear goal: to incorporate a custom-made pastry display case that would ensure optimal preservation of its creations. For this ambitious project, OCF (Matfer Bourgeat Création) provided seamless support from start to finish, with a dedicated on-site representative to assist the artisan.
A line of display cases designed to showcase pastries and macarons
Approached in June 2025 with a target opening date just three months later, our teams rose to the challenge with great agility. We designed a series of display cases dedicated to pastries and macarons, complemented by a dedicated display case for Viennese pastries, to showcase each product throughout the day.
