On March 3, Matfer Bourgeat proudly participated in the 23rd Career Forum organized by the Les Vals du Dauphiné Community of Municipalities. This event provides a wonderful opportunity to introduce middle and high school students in the region to careers in the manufacturing industry, offering them practical guidance as they explore their career paths.
A Strong Local Commitment to Youth Education and the Future of Young People
At our booth, Lorelei Pancera, Beverly Veret, Baptiste Jullien-Binard, and Lucas Serinda shared insights into their daily lives with infectious enthusiasm. A big congratulations to them for taking the time to inform students about the realities of our industry! We’d also like to thank the Les Vals du Dauphiné Community of Municipalities for this long-standing partnership focused on youth. This commitment to outreach is fully in line with our group’s values, as exemplified by the recent field trip for students from La Martellière agricultural high school to the Bourgeat factory.
