From January 18 to 21, 2026, we had the pleasure of taking part in Sirha Bake & Snack in Paris, Porte de Versailles. Four days filled with meetings, exchanges, and memorable moments, once again confirming the importance of this must-attend event for bakery, pastry, and snacking professionals.

We had the great pleasure of partnering the Événement des Chefs à Saint-Tropez again this year, and what an event it was! We'd like to extend our warmest thanks to everyone who helped make it such a unique event.

At Sirha Lyon 2025, we had the opportunity to present our two stands, Groupe Matfer Bourgeat and Matfer Bourgeat Creation: two unique spaces in which we have integrated our equipment to welcome you.
