Trained from childhood in the company’s workshops, Philippe honed his craft under the guidance of masters such as master chocolatier Mr. Rémond. Each creation reflects this constant pursuit of perfection.

It was in line with this approach that we collaborated with architect Richard Bagur, who was in charge of the boutique’s renovation. This synergy between our teams allowed us to combine aesthetic appeal, technical performance, and fidelity to the brand’s identity, thereby helping to make this space truly exceptional.
