Today, Vauconsant – Group Matfer Bourgeat is celebrating a year without a work-related accident with sick leave. This accomplishment is the fruit of a collective commitment and assiduous support from Vauconsant’s safety teams.
The safety team organizes one awareness-raising session a month with workshop and office employees, to discuss potential risks and high-risk behavior.
Each year, a “Protec’Tous” program is also set up, offering a series of one-week educational activities focusing on safety in the working environment.
At Matfer Bourgeat, every effort is made to make safety a daily priority.
