For customers who want to share a moment of conviviality over a healthy, tasty and balanced meal, Trinity Tower offers Java, an urban oasis of design and warmth, with an elaborate and varied catering offer. Entirely custom-built by Matfer Bourgeat, the Java restaurant also features innovative solutions to facilitate the work of kitchen staff.
Tray distribution, for example, is handled by an ingenious constant-level cart system, enabling trays to be transported directly from the laundry to the restaurant. Less handling means less risk of musculoskeletal disorders.
Organized as a scramble to fluidify traffic flow and avoid waiting, the restaurant is organized around two lines for hot dishes that surround a set of refrigerated buffets. The reconstituted stone ramps are set at a height that accommodates all publics, including the mobility-impaired.
To distribute starters and desserts, the restaurant has chosen to install buffets with refrigerated reconstituted stone tops. This technique, perfectly mastered by Matfer Bourget, combines temperature maintenance performance and design. The white of the tops perfectly highlights the preparations to create appetite. To protect the preparations, the restaurant asked Matfer Bourgeat to design and manufacture a transparent sneeze guard. The result is magnificent! Nothing stands between the eye and the dishes. Seen from afar, the starters and desserts whet the appetite.
Daily or theme dishes are served using a set of glass-ceramic hot tops. The whole unit is protected by protective glass to prevent splashes or customers being burned by the heating elements. Beverages and dairy products are available in Boréale refrigerated display cabinets, cleverly located close to the check-out areas.
Thanks to its excellent layout and high-performance equipment, Java offers an appreciable customer experience in terms of both food service and fluidity of service. The experience continues at the table, in a bright, stylish and resolutely contemporary setting.
