Café Experience: a sensory immersion into the heart of specialty coffee
You were able to discover our Café Experience, designed as a true sensory immersion into the world of specialty coffee.
Far more than a simple tasting, this experience invites visitors to explore the richness of the coffee universe in all its dimensions.
The Café Experience takes shape through a counter conceived as a genuine stage for tasting and sales, where each module serves a precise commercial function. The overall design highlights barista expertise, makes the coffee offering easy to understand, and enhances the attractiveness of the retail space.
The display of coffee beans, the olfactory experience, and the educational information create an immediately recognizable environment that is both experiential and naturally Instagrammable. The different display cases integrated into the counter follow a logic of gourmet complementarity.
Each element is part of premium furniture, made in France, designed to last and to perform.
THE PASTRY WORLD CUP – EUROPEAN SELECTION
After two intense days of technical and artistic challenges, marked by the high standards and precision characteristic of the greatest international competitions, the Pastry World Cup once again highlighted the expertise and exceptional talent of the competing teams.
As a committed partner alongside professionals in the culinary trades, we were proud to support the Pastry World Cup.
We congratulate the France team, composed of Yoan Palamara (chocolate candidate), Abel Nesson (sugar candidate), and Axel Lebellanger (ice cream candidate), who brilliantly won first place in the European selection. A remarkable victory, symbolizing talent, rigor, and creativity.
Our congratulations also go to:
- Belgium, represented by Yoshiyuki Numa, Nelson Le Chien, and Jaber Othmane, who achieved an impressive 2nd place,
- Italy, with Alessandro Fiorucci, Gabriel Gianforchetti, and Marco Deidda, who completed the podium with an excellent 3rd place.

Un grand bravo aux équipes lauréates de la Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie. Bravo à la Corée du Sud, sacrée championne du monde, pour une performance remarquable et inspirante. Félicitations à l’équipe Taipei , qui décroche la 2ᵉ place, ainsi qu’à la France, qui complète le podium avec une très belle 3ᵉ place.
