The ceremony was held at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in Paris. Matfer Bourgeat participated as an official partner. We were therefore in attendance alongside the future leading figures of the culinary world. Marcel Le Servot served as head chef at the \u00c9lys\u00e9e Palace from 1968 to 1984. Today, the competition bears his name and embodies his values. It welcomes students pursuing the BAC PRO and BTS programs at hospitality high schools in metropolitan France. Each year, it showcases the creativity, expertise, and dedication of the next generation.    <\/p>\n<p>These values are also those of Matfer Bourgeat. Culinary excellence, passing on the craft, and a passion for French gastronomy: these are all convictions we share.
