This race is a must-attend event for professionals in the hospitality, restaurant, and tourism industries. It took place in the heart of Paris. Today, it is the largest sporting event of its kind in France. Each year\u2019s event attracts hundreds of teams, including hotel chains, restaurants, hospitality schools, and tourism industry professionals.   <\/p><p>For this 8th edition, the race started at 9:30 a.m. at Place du Palais Royal. The route then followed the banks of the Seine, passing by the Louvre, the Trocad\u00e9ro, the Eiffel Tower, the Grand Palais, and the Tuileries Garden, among other landmarks.
