The goal was simple to articulate but challenging to achieve: to translate a chef\u2019s vision into a tool capable of reproducing it identically with every service. Today, this custom-made Fab One cutter gives shape to the \u201cMillefeuille,\u201d a light vanilla and caramel mousse featured on the menu at 37 Bar.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84432e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"84432e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The project began with a request from a pastry chef<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa7e86c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aa7e86c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">When a chef creates a dessert with a shape that doesn&#8217;t yet exist, the utensil must be designed in collaboration with him. That is the starting point for this collaboration with Titouan Claudet, pastry chef at<a href=\"https:\/\/auberge.com\/the-woodward\/?utm_source=gmb&amp;utm_medium=Yext\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-prosemirror-content-type=\"mark\" data-prosemirror-mark-name=\"link\"> The Woodward hotel.<\/a> <\/p><p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">The brief called for a stainless steel cutter, designed with meticulous attention to detail, combining precision and durability.
