At lunch break, customers who want to spend time in enjoying a healthy, well-balanced meal prepared with care, reach La sc\u00e8ne restaurant. The restaurant is laid out around a large central aisle, with appetizers, desserts, drinks and hot dishes served on both sides.<\/p>

This \u201cwandering\u201d layout ensures a smooth flow of traffic and avoids wasting time. Daily or theme dishes are served on a set of heated glass-ceramic tops. The whole unit is protected by protective glass to prevent splashes or customers being burned by the heating elements. The black Zimbabwe granite handrails (trayslides) are set at a height to accommodate all types of guests, including those with reduced mobility.<\/p>

What\u2019s striking when you enter the restaurant are the exemplary finishes created by Matfer Bourgeat. The fronts of the furniture are made of calepinage, which perfectly matches the black granite top. The result is a warm, chic atmosphere.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
